Stage Skirting
Let’s get outside!
Can you cover this? That is a question I am asked all the time!
What’s in a name? A color name that is. Anyone involved in an industry that is color-sensitive knows that one woman’s sage is another man’s willow. What I mean is that the name of a color is not a definition.
Did you know that Americans spent over eight billion dollars on Halloween in 2016? However, there’s another late-October holiday which many Americans know very little about—Día de Muertos. This Mexican holiday, spread over a three-day period, has family and friends gathering to pray and remember those who have passed.
Sometimes we get in a rut when it comes to decorating for holiday events. Red or green for Christmas, pumpkins for Halloween, and pastels for Easter--these are the go-to colors. But, by using your imagination, you can achieve a distinctive look that will shake things up.
Working in this position for over twenty years, I have heard my fair share of complaints from customers. However, there is nothing nicer than receiving an at-a-boy!

Adding Linens to a Rental Business
As a rental facility owner, you may have been renting everything from backhoes to tables to helium tanks for years. Now, you have decided to take the plunge and offer your customers table linens. Where do you go from here?
Protect Your Investment As time goes on, wooden table tops, with or without a metal edge, become worn and rough. This can wreak havoc on your table linens. Even the new plastic-top tables can have rough spots that will put pull threads in linens. A great way to protect your tablecloth investment is to use our tablepad fabric underneath. In addition to protecting your linens, tablepads can also prolong the useful life of your tables by covering up surface blemishes.
Seeing is believing Did you ever notice that some people have the ability to visualize anything in their minds and some just don’t? You may have a friend or a co-worker who has a creative mind.
Whether entertaining for a large crowd or just a few close friends, organization is the key to success. One strategy that has always kept me on top of things is keeping lists—lots of them!
I was lucky enough to receive a beautiful bouquet from a local florist. I happened to be having company that weekend so the timing was impeccable. Upon bringing home the flowers, I started planning out my table setting.
It often surprises me when a customer calls regarding “ruined” tablecloths in the laundry.
