Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. The buyer is responible for return shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Once we receive your return, you can expect to receive a refund within 3 days. However, all returns will be inspected to ensure its condition.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please enclose in all returns your RMA #, Order #, and buyer name associated with the orginal order. All carriers are accepted. Send returns to the following address:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days via Fedex or the United States Postal Service. Transit times range from 1-9 business days depending upon location. Made to order products may require an additional 3-5 business days before shipping.
Separate transactions by the same buyer may or may not be shipped together. We will do our best to pack multiple items in one package.
All orders will ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will ship the next business day. This includes expedited orders as well.
For orders that qualify for free shipping, the carrier service will be selected at our discretion. If you prefer or require a specific service you will be responsible for those charges. If you prefer a service other than the services offered to you at checkout, we will do our best to ship it according to your preference. Please note that if the charges paid do not cover the charges for the preferred service, we will not be responsible for paying the additional charges and your items will be shipped using the method selected and paid for at checkout. Fabric Textile Products, Inc. is not responsible for additional shipping charges.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping rates are subject to change, but are the most current available.

USPS operates Monday-Satruday. Fedex Home Delivery operates Tuesday-Saturday. Fedex Ground, Fedex 2 Day, and Fedex Overnight operate Monday-Friday.
We ship worldwide using the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs do not include customs, taxes or duties. All international customers will be responsible for any applicable charges. Charges will vary by location. Transit times will vary based upon location, but average transit times will range between 5-21 business days. We adhere to all international shipping guidelines, no exceptions.
Refunds will not be issued for packages returned as a result of unpaid duties, taxes and customs fees.
