Customers inquiring about opening a wholesale account must fill out an application.  Please fill out the form and send it back to us via fax or email. Once approved you will receive an email with a username and password to access the wholesale site. In order to qualify for a wholesale account you must have a valid tax ID number. Minimum Quantities

There is no minimum. The only exception on minimums is napkins, since napkins are sold by the dozen.

Seams & Finishing

We are trying to offer as many seamless products as possible. If your size requires a seam it will be stated in the listing.  We may be able to accommodate special requests, but you must inquire.  Please contact us for assistance if necessary.

All finishes of textiles will be stated in each listing. If you need a different finish or a customized product please contact us. We will try to accommodate as many orders as we can.  Please note that the order may require additional charges.  All pricing is for each piece unless otherwise noted.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be made the same day the order is placed and are subject to production approval. Changes and cancellations on expedited orders are not accepted. Any additions will have to be placed as a separate order, however, we will do our best to ship out the orders together to save on freight.  Orders cannot be cancelled once in production.


Shipping deadline? Rush Shipping is available. Additional fees apply. Everything is made to order at our factory in Clifton, NJ. Made to order products may require an additional 3-5 business days before shipping.

We use Fedex, UPS, & USPS. All rates are based on location and weight. If you would like to use your own shipping account, please provide the account information in the order notes.


We accept returns. All returns are subject to approval and inspection. No returns will be processed without a return authorization number.  No returns on used, laundered, or altered merchandise. Standard return policy guidelines still apply.  

Backorder Policy

Under some circumstances we may need more time and materials to complete made to order products. In the event that we cannot ship out a complete order, we will first notify you by email. Every order will be handled on a case by case basis.


Please note that if a product is discontinued there is no backorder possibility. Discontinued items will not be restocked and are final sale products.

Additional Information

No terms are available at this time. Immediate payment is required via credit card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express.

Samples and Swatch cards are available to assist in determining color and texture.

Colors may vary from dye lot to dye lot.
